1. Registration Fee: By registering for the Mrs. India event, you agree to pay a non-refundable registration fee of INR 10,000

• Must be a married woman.
• Must be a citizen or permanent resident of India.
• Must meet the age requirements specified for the event category.

3. Registration Process:

• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee.
• Payment can be made through the provided payment gateway on the registration page.
• Incomplete registrations or registrations without payment will not be processed.

4. Cancellation Policy:

• The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• In the event of cancellation of the Mrs. India event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements may be provided at the discretion of Audicious Entertainment LLP.

5. Participant Responsibilities:

• Participants are responsible for providing accurate personal information during registration.
• Participants must adhere to the rules and regulations of the Mrs. India event, as communicated by Audicious Entertainment LLP.

6. Intellectual Property:

• By participating in the Mrs. India event, participants grant Audicious Entertainment LLP the right to use their name, likeness, and any materials submitted for promotional purposes related to the event.

7. Liability:

• Audicious Entertainment LLP is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the Mrs. India event or related activities.

8. Modification of Terms:

• Audicious Entertainment LLP reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

9. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Mrs. India event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mararashtra.

10. Participant Conduct:

• Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner throughout the duration of the Mrs. India event.
• Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike conduct, may result in disqualification from the event without refund.

11. Event Schedule:

• The schedule for the Mrs. India event, including registration deadlines, audition dates, and final event dates, will be communicated to participants via email and/or the official event website.
• Participants are responsible for adhering to the event schedule and arriving punctually for all scheduled activities.

12. Audience Participation:

• Spectators attending the Mrs. India event must adhere to the event rules and regulations.
• Disruptive behavior by audience members may result in expulsion from the event premises.

13. Judging Criteria:

• The judging criteria for the Mrs. India event, including but not limited to beauty, grace, talent, and personality, will be communicated to participants prior to the event.
• The decision of the judges is final and binding.

14. Prizes and Awards:

• Details regarding prizes, awards, and recognition for winners of the Mrs. India event will be communicated to participants prior to the event.
• Prizes are non-transferable and may be subject to taxation in accordance with applicable laws.

15. Media and Photography:

• Participants and attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Mrs. India event.
• Audicious Entertainment LLP reserves the right to use photographs, videos, and recordings for promotional and marketing purposes.

16. Health and Safety:

• Participants are responsible for ensuring their own health and safety during the Mrs. India event.
• Audicious Entertainment LLP will take reasonable measures to provide a safe environment, but participants attend the event at their own risk.

17. Force Majeure:

• Audicious Entertainment LLP shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from acts beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

18. Severability:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
