Exceptional Circumstances:

In cases of natural calamities, disease outbreaks or force majeure we understand the need for flexibility. As a gesture of goodwill, fees can be carried forward to the following year’s program under such circumstances, for a period of up to one year.

Terms and Conditions:

• Carry Forward: In the event of natural calamities or disease outbreaks, applicants have the option to carry forward their fees to the next year’s program, not exceeding a one-year period.
• Must Fee Adjustment: Should the fees be increased in the subsequent year, applicants are required to pay the additional amount to confirm their participation.
